My sister threw a perfect bachelorette party for me. It was exactly what I wanted: dinner and drinks then a bon fire and quality time with my girls. I didn't want anything crazy, since I felt like the past couple of months had been crazy with wedding planning. Plus, between my five bridesmaids, they live in four different states, so I don't see them all very often.
We started out the night with my MOH (my sister) and two of my bridesmaids (Lindsey and Lisa) decorating my house for me and then we played a quick game before we left for dinner and drinks.

they made sure to decorate all parts of my house :) |
We went to dinner at Rockwell/Republic and sat on the patio (it was hot, but I wanted to sit outside lol). We had dinner and shared a pitcher of sangria (they have the BEST sangria there) and I had some shots. A few guys from a table nearby came over to congratulate me and share their marital "advice."
After dinner we headed back to my house for more drinks, presents, games, and a bon fire. It was too hot to sit around the fire, but that's what I wanted, so we made sure to have one!

My sister got us all these shirts that say "team bride" on the front in glitter, and on the back it says "bridesmaid" or "maid of honor." The number they have on their shirts is the number of years each of them has known me. My number is "13" for the year I got married, 2013. I LOVED these shirts, but wish we could have all been in the pictures together (Lindsey had already left by the time we got smart and took pictures, and Kelli lives in California and wasn't in town yet).
It was the perfect bachelorette party for me and I had a great time. It was exactly what I needed the week before my wedding, so thank you Ashley for planning such a great night!
