Wedding Wednesday: The Ceremony

You can catch up on all of my wedding posts here.

When 3:30 p.m. rolled around, we were ready for the wedding ceremony to begin.  The church was decorated and we were ready!

Our ring bearers "practicing" before the wedding...and this is how they really stood in front of the church :)  Too cute!
We had several songs that we had playing while guests were seated and waiting.  All the songs we used were acoustic songs (no words).  We just downloaded the songs on iTunes and burned CDs that were played by the sound people at the church.

The bridal party walked down the aisle to an acoustic version of "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars.  I walked down to an acoustic version of "Here Comes the Bride," and our recessional was an acoustic version of "Wedding March: Recessional."

While we poured our unity sand, Kevin's cousin Phil played his French Horn and Kevin's Aunt Dennese played the piano.  They played "I'll Be (the Greatest Fan of Your Life)" by Edwin McCain and it was so beautiful.  It's something we'll never forget and we were so glad they were a part of our wedding day.

After the wedding, we did some pictures in the church with our families and the wedding party.

After the pictures in the church, we got on the trolley and headed to the beach for more pictures before the reception.  The beach pictures turned out amazing and are my favorite!!  I'll be sharing those in a couple of weeks.  Next week I'll share the reception and then all of my favorite pictures.

**Our bouquets were done by my friend Kaleena...she is super talented with flowers (as you can see)!***

  6. I want my wedding to be a mixture of traditional as well as modern arrangements. Which wedding planner will help me better in this case?
