One Room Challenge: Week 3 Update

I can't believe it is week 3 of the One Room Challenge already and I really haven't done much in our master bedroom yet.  I did finish the touch up paint over the weekend, so that is one thing off the list.  I still need to caulk the trim, but maybe I will do that Friday night.

I decided on these curtains from WalMart, but of course they weren't available in the store, so I had to order them.  I'm hoping the color will be ok, otherwise I'll return them and start looking again.

Kevin's brother and sister-in-law are in town this weekend and I have to work on Saturday, so I know I won't get a lot done in the bedroom this weekend, but I am hoping to get the caulking done at least.

My goal for next week is to find some new hardware for our dressers and for the closet doors.  I want to find something in a brushed nickel (or similar) finish to match the lights on the headboard:

The current handles on the closet doors are wooden nobs that are stained dark like the doors.  The pulls on the dresser drawers are gold and a couple of them are broken, so it will be nice to have everything match and actually work.

Linking up again today with Calling It Home for the One Room Challenge.
